Q: How do I measure my dog to determine if the length of the towel will be long enough to attach under the tail?
A: Measure your dog from their shoulder blades (withers to the base of their tail.)
If you're measuring your dog for an XL size, the towel length is 32".
If your dog's length is 32" or shorter, the towel will be long enough to attach under the tail.
Q: How do I measure my dog to determine if the dog bath towel is going to hang too low to the floor?
A: If you're measuring your dog for the xs size, measure them on one side, starting at the middle of their back to the floor. The towel hangs 10", so your dog's height should be 10.5" or taller.
Q: I have a boxer, the chart shows a medium size fits this breed.
A: The common dog breeds are to be used as a general reference, as dogs can differ in size within the same breed. Always base it on your dog's measurements.
Q: Is the towel machine wash safe? Will the fabric bleed?
A: You can wash The Snuggly Dog towel in cold on the delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener, and air dry.
*Please note that The Snuggly Dog is tested for color fastness, but it's good to wash before first use by itself on the delicate cycle to prevent fabric bleeding.
Q: Where are the shoulder blades located?
A: The shoulder blades are an inch below the base of their neck. Directly above their shoulders. You'll feel the blades protrude.
Q: What does GSM stand for?
A: GSM stands for grams per square meter. The more grams per square meter of microfibers, the thicker, softer and more moisture absorbing the material will be.
